“LOCATION: Awesome…it's located right on a greenbelt. Biking and busing distance from the UC Davis campus. Walking distance from SaveMart and the surrounding food quart. Three major buslines go by — J (to the Silo), G and F(both to the MU). If you need to drive, then there are nearby gas stations as well…MANAGEMENT: I love Casitas' management! They respond to requests promptly, and all the workers are friendly and approachable. On Thanksgiving … they provided a free Thanksgiving feast (turkey, stuffing, potatoes, the works!) … and on finals week, they gave out free breakfast!”

“…the apartment itself is very cozy, and has a lot of natural light during the daytimeThe apartments are actually getting a lot of renovations recently … now we have real [French-style!] doors… “

“I LOVE the management team here. They're super nice, are always helpful, and friendly. There's a coffee maker in the lounge area and you can actually get a key to access the lounge area of the rental office whenever you want…the repair team is prompt too… all my requests go through within a day and a half usually. If you have any issues regarding your apartment or lease, etc, the management team is really helpful and willing to assist you…I'd definitely recommend living here. =]”
