In the spirit of building relationships, Tandem Properties, Inc. continues to support the Davis and Woodland commuinties in varied and wonderful ways.

  The Tandem Foundation, started in 2000, gives grants to local schools for a mutitude of necessities; the company is proud of its10-years and "still going strong" corporate sponsorship of the AGGIE PACK - the nation's largest student booster organization; in addition, Tandem Properties sponsors annually the Sam Paneno Football Scholarship which is awarded to a courageous player who has overcome unusual circumstances.
