To further Tandem Properties dedication to community enrichment and support, in 2000 we developed the Tandem Foundation. Since it’s inception the Tandem Foundation has provided annual funding grants to Davis Elementary, junior and high schools. These grants have been available to assist with meeting school needs or to assist in completing project improvements currently underway. As always, Tandem Properties, INC. seeks to further support in areas of the community where it is most needed.
