John Whitcombe – Grew up in Davis, CA. Graduated from UC Davis and then attended Harvard Business School. With an MBA from Harvard, John started John Whitcombe Properties, Inc. which eventually became Tandem Properties, Inc. John is committed to his community through many means. He has provided innovate projects, many with affordable components and has pioneered privatized housing partnerships with the UC Davis.
Bill Roe – Graduated from Iowa State then attended Stanford Business School. With an MBA from Stanford joined Tandem Properties, Inc. in 1969. He is a Rotarian and author. He has bicycled cross-country and remains committed to the Davis community with a variety of volunteer work and special projects.
Paul Makley- Graduated from Purdue with a degree in civil engineering then attended Stanford Business School. With an MBA from Stanford joined Tandem Properties, Inc. in 1969. He is the CFO of Tandem Properties, Inc.
