UC Davis Campus Apartment Updates

Are you hoping to live on the UC Davis campus with Tandem this fall? Here is our estimated availability for our three on campus communities–The Atriums at La Rue Park, The Colleges at La Rue, and Russell Park:

The Atriums and Russell Park

We are happy to announce that we do anticipate some availability at both The Atriums and Russell Park and those two communities are now accepting additions to the wait list for fall 2015. Residents must meet the qualifying criteria to live at these on-campus communities–typically UC Davis graduate students at The Atriums, and students with families at Russell Park.

UC Davis graduate students are also given second priority at Russell Park and undergraduates are eligible only when the graduate and family lists are exhausted. Wait lists are now open and can be found via the links below.

The Colleges at La Rue

Unfortunately, due to an extremely high renewal rate this year, we will not have a general lottery at The Colleges for fall 2015. We encourage those of you still looking for housing to check out the newly renovated Anderson Place for a similar high end feel, great location close to campus, and quality management team.

Anderson Place

Anderson Place is a beautiful community located in Central Davis and just now leasing for fall 2015! Anderson Place just started leasing for fall and is fully renovated with brand new interiors and wonderful new amenities for this year. View availability and more information here.
