Apply to Live On Campus at Russell Park or Atriums at La Rue Park for Fall 2026!
If you’re a UCD Student looking for the convenience of living on campus and affordable housing, these Tandem communities have you covered and are now accepting applications for fall 2026!
Choose between Russell Park, a family-friendly community featuring on-site daycare and playgrounds, or Atriums, a quiet, graduate-focused environment with study centers.
Who Can Apply:
Applicants interested in Russell Park or Atriums at La Rue Park must be full-time UC Davis students to live in either on-campus community (student eligibility is verified) and will be prioritized based on the following criteria:
Russell Park Eligibility Criteria
1st Priority: UC Davis Student Families
2nd Priority: UC Davis Graduate Students
3rd Priority: UC Davis Undergraduate Students
Atriums at La Rue Park Eligibility Criteria
Single UC Davis Graduate Students only
How to Apply:
Complete the form using the link found on Russell Park’s and Atriums’ websites. We encourage you to apply early to maximize your chances of securing housing. The same form is hosted on both websites. You only need to apply once.

The Details:
- Randomized selection begins late April or early May
- Applications will remain open until all apartments are filled
- If the application link is live on the website, we are still accepting submissions
- There are zero application fees, and no payment is due until lease signing
