Where to Buy Your Christmas Tree in Davis and Woodland

There are a lot of fun places in Davis to buy your Christmas tree, but one of Davis’s favorite traditions for more than 60 years is buying from the local Boy Scouts. Located on the corner of Mace Blvd. and Cowell Blvd. in south Davis, the proceeds from the tree sales go to support local Davis Boy Scout troops 66, 111, 139, 199, and 466.

Noble Fir and Douglas Fir trees are available for purchase. The proceeds go to the troops for Boy Scouting related costs e.g. scholarships to summer camps, activity related equipment etc.

Boy Scouts will be on-site daily to help you pick your tree and load it.

If you want to pay a little less, or you’re looking for a wider variety, we recommend making the trek up County Road 102 or Highway 113 to Home Depot in Woodland. They have a wide assortment of affordable trees in their parking lot with easy in/out access. (The employees aren’t as cute as the Boy Scouts, though.)

Davis Ace Hardware in downtown Davis on G Street, is widely recognized for their extensive collection of Christmas tree ornaments and holiday decorations. You can get everything from hostess gift ornament to lawn inflatables that can be seen from space. They also do beautiful free present wrapping.
