Woodland Farmers Market Seasonal Grand Opening This Weekend

Ready for your eyes, ears, and tastebuds to try something a little funky, a little different, off the beaten path?

According to a Woodland Farmers Market Press Release:

This Saturday, May 18th, there will be live llamas, alpacas and goats as well as spinning demonstrations. Vendors will have products to sell that are made from the fiber of these awesome animals.  There will be other artisans and crafters as well. You can join the Zumba class at 10:00 am with Myra on the plaza or you can check out the grilling demonstrations to get ideas for dinner!

The Basket will be selling their yummy breakfast burritos and tamales. Common Grounds Coffee will be there with their mobile van for those who need their mocha’s, latte’s or just a plain old coffee fix. Fat Cat Café will be open and serving breakfast as well.

But the best news is the fresh and local produce that will be available. Strawberries, peaches, blueberries, honey, fresh eggs, grapefruits, artichokes, cucumbers, squash, mulberries, cactus, transplants and so much more.
