Get Started Early

Taking the time now to pull out the rubber gloves and some good old elbow grease will maximize your chances of getting back those precious security deposit dollars.

Start early (like today if you haven’t already) and spend the most time on extra soiled areas like ovens, showers, refrigerators, hard water deposits around sinks, etc. Don’t forget little details like light fixtures, baseboards, and window blinds. Consult the cleaning guidelines in your move-out packet for full expectations and if you have questions, ask!
