Position Type: Part Time Paid Internship (12 months)

Position Title: Social Media and Sales Internship

Title: Social Media and Sales Internship

Location: Adóbe at Evergreen Apartments, 1500 Shasta Drive, Davis, CA 95616

Compensation: $9/hour + applicable for internship course credits (please see your internship supervisor to see if/how you can receive course credit)

Commitment: Approximately 15 hours a week. Must be available to work weekends on a consistent basis and some evenings. Year round position.

Job description:

• Apply your current experience in sales to lease vacant high-end apartment units by establishing a relationship with clientele, giving tours of model apartments, and closing leads from potential residents.

• Utilize your Social Media skills to realize the marketing/sales goals of Adobe at Evergreen Apartments through the use of outlets such as Popcard, Facebook, Tumblr, Davis Wiki, and Instagram.

• Assist in the day to day operations of the rental office including but not limited to: answering phones and emails; filing; completing weekly reports; special projects; assisting with resident events; general customer service
